The Official Weigh-Ins

These are the weigh ins from when I first started calorie counting and exercising. It took a few weeks for me to start logging my weigh ins regularly. About a month into it Sunday became my official weigh in day. Of course sometimes I take a peak b4 Sunday but those aren't "official" so I don't count those =).

  •  My starting weight since January 2011 was 258 lbs.
  • I am 5'8".
  • My goal is 158 lbs (the high end of my BMI).
  • I thought why not just shoot to lose 100?!
  • A healthy BMI for me is anywhere from 122 lbs-163 lbs
